It’s ridiculous, but what? It sounds stupid. How is it an LMS that isn’t an LMS? It cannot be!!!! Is it a scam? What’s going on? Are they idiots or what? Are they crazy?
Before you burn us at the stake, let us explain:
LMSs were developed for training departments to lead management. This is not necessarily required today.
Today, the challenge is for people to apply what they have learned, make a change, be more efficient, and above all, have evidence of results.
TrainingWhiz will never be an LMS. It doesn’t manage. Rather, it takes learning to a new level.
TrainingWhiz guarantees benefits to people and companies. It focuses on reducing the gap between what has been learned and the company’s goals, one course at a time.
It’s worrying that economic trends show that companies fail miserably because people don’t change. That’s crazy. Why always do the same thing?
TrainingWhiz does something about it quickly, easily, and economically. Anyone can use it and make completing every job training profitable.
LMSs were born to solve problems that existed 40 years ago.
TrainingWhiz prevents training problems today and tomorrow.
TrainingWhiz was launched with several payment plans, ranging from free to
US$1.40 per day. On second thought, we are a little crazy!

Are the hell!!!! Because they create as many problems as gremlins.
And cause companies to not train or get very little of the investment.
The myths are invisible (just like gremlins!!!!) to most CEOs, managers, and entrepreneurs.
These myths arise because we relate training with school. Many companies still use terms such as “classroom,” “desks,” “teacher’s desk,” “blackboards,” etc.
The most dangerous myth is that training isn’t profitable, but fewer and fewer companies think so. We’d like to think about that!!!!
So we present some of those evil myths:
1.- “Training requires heavy investment.”
FACT: There are many inexpensive or free technologies. Quantity does not guarantee quality.
2.- "Developing a course is very difficult and slow"
FACT: You can develop a course in just minutes, many workers just want to know what is expected of them.
3.- “Training can only be done by a specialist.”
FACT: Anyone can develop content that can encourage productive behavior.
4.- “People learn by doing. Why train?”
FACT: This method ensures that employees learn bad habits and worse work conduct.
5.- “The people hired are already trained.”
FACT: Training isn’t always required, but it is in companies that require their employees to adapt to their culture.
6.- “All it takes is a good motivator.”
FACT: No!!!! It’s like asking a witch doctor to perform a surgery. Motivation does not provide processes that ensure learning benefits.
Beware of these myths. They are a curse for any company.

It’s incredible how strange the approach to training is in many companies, like in the 60s program, “The Twilight Zone.”
A symptom:
The training staff is highly professional, concerned with following the most innovative methodologies of content and instructional design; even the final word must agree with your design manual, authorized by the director and the official communication department! Wow! Super meticulous!
They only accept the most professional course, at the best price and with the highest quality.
But the people who take the course don’t care one iota about all the effort, design, content or your presentation. Some people are angry and make strange faces about studying online. The faster the course ends or the shorter the course, the better.
Do you think it is important to them to apply the course in the work area? Nope!
Incredible, right? Do you see this in your company? If so, it may be that your company is living in an unknown dimension. And inside “The Twilight Zone” you can’t control the results. And if you can’t control the results, why train?
